Who are these people?

A glimpse into our professional lives and beyond…

President and Technical Engineer

Roger has been working professionally in the tech industry since 2001 and has been working with computers since he was a teenager. Roger builds IT infrastructures, consults on security, develops software applications on open and closed source platforms, and routinely consults and supports customers with their equipment, software upgrades, virus and spyware security and other computer related activities. Roger’s specialty is his ability to work in mixed environments of Windows, Mac, and Linux systems where cross platform compatibility and inter-operability is required. Roger also knows the following programming languages: PHP, MySQL, Javascript, Perl, C and some Swift. Roger’s background in video and audio production combined with his extensive knowledge of computers allows the company to produce some of the best, cost effective, cross-platform, infrastructure solutions available in this industry.

Roger was featured on Rob Kochanski’s Local First Podcast and the Idea Collective’s online Small Business Rally Point.

Outside of work, Roger has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do from Hong’s Tae Kwon Do and enjoys playing music on piano, sax, or occasionally clarinet with the Wauwatosa Community Band and local community theaters including Sunset PlayhouseConcordia University, and the West Allis Players. Roger also holds an `Extra` class amateur radio license, callsign AC9BT and is active in the Milwaukee Radio Amateur Club and ARISS (watch our first station test video).

Operations Manager

Gregg has been working professionally in the tech industry since 2000 and has been working with computers since his parents brought a Commodore 64 home when he was just 4 years old. Gregg started writing BASIC programs at age 6, and had mastered C64 Assembly by age 8. Gregg’s interest in all things computer-related was supported by his father who nurtured and fed Gregg’s intense desire to learn.

Gregg has built and supported several IT infrastructures, both large and small, during his tenure as an IT professional. Gregg has never been able to “stay in his own lane,” as he has a keen eye for recognizing security concerns and providing mitigation efforts, as well as speaking up and advocating for having those concerns addressed.

Gregg graduated in 2012 from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, minoring in Philosophy. Gregg then went on to graduate from John A Logan Community College Summa Cum Laude in 2013 with two AAS degrees, American Sign Language Interpreting and Deaf Studies.  Gregg is licensed in the States of Wisconsin and Illinois as an American Sign Language Interpreter, and is nationally Certified by the Board for Evaluation of Interpreters (“BEI”) with an Advanced Certification level.

Outside of work, Gregg continues to be a student of Psychology, Philosophy, and Linguistics and enjoys taking drives in his unique vehicle to muse at the reactions of onlookers. Gregg also holds an ‘Amateur Extra’ class amateur radio license (callsign KB9E) and is a member and sits on the Board of Directors for the Milwaukee Radio Amateur Club. Gregg’s penchant for picking out spoken (or signed!) accents is sadly not something that makes him money, but does impress the occasional stranger from a foreign land. Gregg and his wife Robyn have been married for 22 years and they have two lovable felines that (actually do) answer to the names Data and Troi.
